Mr. Blitt has over 24 years of experience in the application of high technology in industries ranging from software, telecommunications and network infrastructure, and is considered an expert in the application of multimedia technology to educational remediation. Currently he holds the position of CEO for Aztec Software, a 33-year-old educational software company where he has overseen its 800% growth during the past 8 years.He previously held the position of President, ITT Industries, Network Systems and Services – Americas where he directed all business activities, marketing initiatives, strategy and financial performance of the company’s operations throughout the Americas. Mr. Blitt has extensive prior experience in infrastructure sales, operations and network planning through his work for Allied Global, where he held the title of President and was charged with developing relationships with PTTs and converging Allied’s switch-based network to an IP-based network. Blitt has also served at Metropolitan Fiber Systems, where he acted as City Vice President, MCI WorldCom and AT&T, where he was National Sales Representative.Currently, Jonathan Blitt sits on numerous boards of directors and has spoken at large industry trade shows such as SUPERnet. He has spoken as a keynote speaker at events ranging from the United Nations IT Conference to educational and technology trade shows. Co-founder of the Need2Read Foundation that facilitates the application of technology to literacy organizations, Mr. Blitt takes his love of philanthropy seriously.

With over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, Michael Kheyfets brings a wealth of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise to the aText management team. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Aztec Software, as well as developing and implementing an enterprise-wide strategic information technology plan.Before joining Aztec Software, Michael was president of Digeratis.Net LLC, a New Jersey based consulting firm, which provided technology solutions to small and medium sized businesses. From his position as Director of IT for Carrier Northeast, to Site Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation where he managed 25 million dollars in assets, Mr. Kheyfets brings a broad and deep understanding of technology to any organization that he is involved in.
